Terms & Conditions huat 365 – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

1Member Eligibility

Platform huat 365 is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements without exception. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any registration that does not satisfy these criteria:

2Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at huat 365. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.

• Huat 365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

huat 365 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet that is registered under the same member account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Huat 365 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 in a single day.
• Any attempt to make a deposit or withdrawal using a method not listed above may result in the transaction being rejected or the account being investigated.
• All third-party processing fees (if any) are the member's responsibility, not huat 365's.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Huat 365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all promotion types:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before a withdrawal is permitted. Specific rollover requirements will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is only eligible to be claimed only once by each new member. Any attempt to reclaim it through a new account will be considered fraudulent.
• Huat 365 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including the opening of multiple accounts or low-risk betting strategies specifically intended to meet rollover requirements.
• Bonuses issued as free credit cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to place bets.
• The validity period for each bonus is as stated in the promotion's terms. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Festive promotions (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and others) may carry additional terms stated separately.

5Sports Betting Rules

All Sports Betting bets placed at huat 365 – including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (Thomas Cup, BWF), cricket (ICC, IPL), virtual sports, and e-sports – are subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances expressly specified by huat 365 (such as a match being postponed or cancelled).
• If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled time and not resumed, all bets will be voided and the balance returned to the member's account.
• For in-play betting, odds may change at any time. The odds locked in at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• Huat 365 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there are indicators of market manipulation.
• In the event of an obvious odds error — where odds deviate significantly from the true market value due to a technical error — huat 365 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market are as displayed on the platform at the time the bet is placed.

6Casino Games & Slots

Live Casino games and slots available on huat 365 are subject to the following additional rules:

• All casino games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently audited to ensure fairness.
• In the event of an internet disconnection during an active slots spin or baccarat hand, the system will complete the round based on the outcome generated prior to the disconnection.
• Any winnings from casino games played using bonus credits are subject to the specified rollover requirements.
• Huat 365 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues on the part of third-party game providers, though we will make every effort to resolve such issues promptly.

• Money laundering – using the platform to conceal or convert funds derived from illegal activities. huat 365 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple account creation – registering more than one account under your own name or someone else's in order to claim additional bonuses.
• Market manipulation – colluding with others to manipulate betting outcomes or unlawfully influence odds.
• Use of insider information – using information not available to the public to gain an advantage in betting.
• Technical disruption – attempting to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Huat 365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• A request from the member themselves to close their account or self-exclude.
• Member inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• An order from the relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended due to a terms violation, huat 365 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is carried out. If the investigation finds a serious breach, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team. Any remaining balance (once all wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to the registered bank account or eWallet within 3–5 business days.

10Limitation of Liability

Huat 365 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will be error-free or available without interruption at all times. That said, we are committed to minimising downtime:

• Huat 365 is not liable for any losses resulting from a member's own internet connection issues.
• We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of opportunity, loss of business, or reputational damage.
• In any case, huat 365's maximum liability in respect of any individual claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Huat 365 is not responsible for the content or services provided by third-party providers integrated with our platform.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Huat 365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

• We will notify members of material amendments via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances that require immediate action.
• Continued use of the huat 365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Members who do not agree with any amendment have the right to close their account before the amendment's effective date.
